Tarte Rainforest of the Ocean Palette Volume III Review
Packaging/Size
The Tarte Rainforest of the Bounding main Palette Book III comes with 8 beautiful, highlighting eyeshadow shades in a travel-friendly, hard-shelled case with mirror. If there'southward ane thing I really beloved about all the Tarte eyeshadow palettes information technology'due south the hard-manner packaging and this i is no exception.
As y'all can see in the photos beneath, the compact size is perfect if y'all're limited on space or y'all travel quite a bit, and it will hands fit in a makeup bag or even your purse. It also includes a pretty large mirror which is a huge plus!
The front of the eyeshadow palette has a beautiful peacock design, which I really love. Information technology's bright and fun and gives it a really chichi wait that complements the gold blueprint on the inside of the palette.
Formula/Pigmentation
Moving on to the bodily eyeshadows, the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Palette Book III includes eight shades, with seven shimmer shades and 1 matte nude transition shade. This eyeshadow palette is vegan and is formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sulfate, and gluten.
It has a creamy-pulverization formula enhanced with marine plant extracts, coconut, and vitamin E that requite information technology a luxuriously soft feel. Considering the formula is a piddling bit creamier, I don't recommend applying these with brushes, but instead recommend using your finger to lightly press on the lid.
Even with just using your finger, all of the shades are very easy to utilize and the shimmer shades actually pack a punch if you're looking to add some gorgeous sparkle to your eyelids. I've been using this palette in conjunction with the matte shades from my favorite Tartelette in Bloom Palette and love how it looks together.
Overall Thoughts
If you already have a groovy matte palette in your makeup collection and are looking to add some more sparkle to your looks, I definitely would recommend this Tarte Rainforest of the Ocean Palette. The shades are very pretty and they wait great when paired with mattes for a multi-dimensional look.
This palette is also peachy for beginners who are looking to create super unproblematic monochromatic eye looks, as ane elementary swipe of any of the shades on your lid would look really pretty. They're besides great to apply to the inner corner of the eyes and could even be used as a highlighter. Shop It Here!

Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Palette Volume III Shade Names/Swatches
As you can see beneath all the shades are super pretty and are swell for adding a pop of shimmer to the eyelid. I love that this palette has a range of light shades and deeper shades like bronze and copper that piece of work for all pare tones.
The only shade that was a little difficult to encounter in the swatches is the tiptop matte transition shade Tiki, and that's because information technology's nearly identical to my skintone.
- Escape (nude pink luster)
- Tiki (matte beige)
- Heat wave (pink luster)
- Malibu (plum statuary)
- Rays (bully copper)
- Compass (champagne)

- Treasure (pearlescent)
Overall, this is a cracking palette from Tarte and I'd definitely recommend it to all my sparkle makeup lovers out at that place. Information technology makes information technology super easy to add a fun pop of shimmer to the eyes and would be swell to have for the Summer season ahead.
